CVE-2019-10309 is a critical XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability affecting the Jenkins Self-Organizing Swarm Plug-in Modules Plugin. It allows unauthenticated attackers on the same network to read arbitrary files from Swarm clients when they use UDP broadcasts for master discovery. With a CVSS score of 9.3, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity and no user interaction, potentially leading to high confidentiality and availability impacts. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
