CVE-2018-9934 describes a critical vulnerability in MetInfo 6.0's reset-password feature, allowing remote attackers to change arbitrary user passwords. This high-severity flaw (CVSS 8.8) leverages a manipulated Host HTTP header to redirect password reset requests to an attacker-controlled server, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
