CVE-2018-8626 is a critical remote code execution vulnerability affecting Windows DNS servers across various versions, including Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and Windows 10. This heap overflow flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the DNS server by sending specially crafted requests.
