CVE-2018-7820 is a critical Credentials Management vulnerability (CWE-255) affecting APC UPS Network Management Card 2 AOS v6.5.6 and related Schneider Electric products. This flaw allows remote attackers to view monitoring credentials in plaintext if remote monitoring is enabled and subsequently disabled. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
