An inefficient TCP segment reassembly algorithm allows an unauthenticated attacker to degrade network performance and consume excessive CPU resources with relatively low bandwidth. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 5.3) has a low impact on availability and no impact on confidentiality or integrity.
