CVE-2018-2713 is a high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 8.2) in Oracle WebCenter Portal versions 11.1.1.9.0, 12.2.1.2.0, and 12.2.1.3.0. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the WebCenter Portal. Successful attacks, requiring user interaction, can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, modification, and limited read access to critical data within the affected system and potentially other products. There is currently no public exploit code available, and the vulnerability shows no signs of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
