CVE-2018-20299 is a critical buffer overflow vulnerability affecting Bosch 360-degree indoor and Eyes outdoor cameras with firmware older than 6.52.4. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to achieve remote code execution on the device via the network interface by exploiting a weakness in the web server's RCP+ parser. With a CVSS score of 9.8, the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code available (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), and there is no evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
