CVE-2018-16186

CVE-2018-16186 describes a critical vulnerability in various RICOH Interactive Whiteboard models and their associated controllers, stemming from the use of hard-coded administrative credentials. An attacker on the same network segment can exploit this to gain full administrative access, leading to high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (HIGH), this vulnerability is easily exploitable with low attack complexity and no user interaction required. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
