CVE-2018-14645 is an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the HPACK decoder of HAProxy versions prior to 1.8.14, affecting products from Canonical, HAProxy, and Red Hat. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to remotely crash the service, leading to a denial of service. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), it is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction required. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
