CVE-2018-11482 is a critical vulnerability affecting several TP-LINK IPC camera models, including the TL-IPC223(P)-6, TL-IPC323K-D, TL-IPC325(KP)-*, and TL-IPC40A-4. It stems from a hardcoded password ("zMiVw8Kw0oxKXL0") present in the /usr/lib/lua/luci/websys.lua file. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL), this vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to achieve full compromise (confidentiality, integrity, and availability) of the affected devices over the network with low attack complexity.
