CVE-2018-11071 is a remote process crash vulnerability affecting Dell EMC Isilon OneFS versions 7.1.1.x through 8.1.x prior to 8.1.2, and IsilonSD Edge versions 8.0.0.x through 8.1.x prior to 8.1.2. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by sending specially crafted input to crash the isi_drive_d process, which will then restart. This vulnerability has a CVSSv3 score of 7.5 (HIGH), indicating a high impact on availability with low attack complexity and no user interaction required.
