CVE-2018-0139 describes a denial-of-service vulnerability in Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP) Software Release 11.5(1). An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit improper handling of TCP connection requests to disconnect the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) connection, preventing the CVP from accepting new calls. This vulnerability has a high CVSS score of 8.6, indicating a severe impact with low attack complexity and no user interaction required. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
