CVE-2017-6141 describes a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting various F5 BIG-IP products (LTM, AAM, AFM, APM, ASM, Link Controller, PEM, and WebSafe) versions 12.1.0 through 12.1.2. Specifically, certain values within a TLS abbreviated handshake can disrupt the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) when a client SSL profile has the Session Ticket option enabled (which is disabled by default). The vulnerability has a CVSSv3 score of 5.9 (Medium), indicating a network-based attack with high impact on availability, but requiring high attack complexity. There is no impact on confidentiality or integrity. Currently, there is no evidence of active exploitation, nor are there any public exploit modules or proof-of-concept code available (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB).
