CVE-2017-3591 is a vulnerability in the Catalog Mover subcomponent of Oracle WebCenter Sites, affecting versions 11.1.1.8.0, 12.2.1.0.0, 12.2.1.1.0, and 12.2.1.2.0. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks, which require user interaction, can lead to unauthorized modification, creation, or deletion of critical data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data. With a CVSS 3.0 Base Score of 7.1 (High), the vulnerability primarily impacts confidentiality and integrity.
