CVE-2017-3583 is a high-severity vulnerability affecting Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management versions 8.3, 8.4, 15.1, 15.2, 16.1, and 16.2. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks, which require user interaction, can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, as well as complete access to all accessible data within Primavera P6. With a CVSS 3.0 score of 8.1 (High), it poses significant confidentiality and integrity risks.
