CVE-2017-3541 is a critical vulnerability in Oracle WebCenter Sites, affecting versions 11.1.1.8.0, 12.2.1.0.0, 12.2.1.1.0, and 12.2.1.2.0. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to gain unauthorized access to critical data, including full read access and partial write access (update, insert, delete) to Oracle WebCenter Sites data.
