CVE-2017-3518 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform versions 12.1.0, 13.1.0, and 13.2.0. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this flaw remotely via HTTPS, leading to a complete denial of service (frequent crashes or hangs) of the affected system. With a CVSS v3.0 score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable with low attack complexity and no user interaction required.
