CVE-2017-3395 is a high-severity vulnerability affecting the User Interface subcomponent of Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony across multiple versions of Oracle E-Business Suite. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system, though it requires human interaction from a non-attacker. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all accessible data within Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony, and unauthorized data modification. With a CVSS v3.0 score of 8.2, it poses significant confidentiality and integrity risks.
