CVE-2017-3286 is a vulnerability in the Patching subcomponent of Oracle Applications DBA within Oracle E-Business Suite, affecting versions 12.1.3 through 12.2.6. This easily exploitable flaw allows a high-privileged attacker with infrastructure logon to compromise Oracle Applications DBA. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, as well as complete access to all Oracle Applications DBA accessible data. With a CVSS v3.0 Base Score of 6.0 (Medium), it carries high confidentiality and integrity impacts.
