28
FAUCET Score

CVE-2017-18749 describes a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting numerous NETGEAR router models, including the JNR1010v2, JR6150, and R6220, among others, across various firmware versions. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 8.8) allows an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary actions on an affected device if a logged-in user is tricked into clicking a malicious link, potentially leading to full compromise of the device. Despite its high severity and potential for significant impact (C:H/I:H/A:H), there is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage.
