CVE-2017-1671 describes a directory traversal vulnerability in IBM Tivoli Key Lifecycle Manager versions 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7. This flaw allows a remote attacker to view arbitrary files on the system by sending a specially crafted URL request containing "dot dot" sequences. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction, potentially leading to high confidentiality impact.
