CVE-2017-14163 describes a session management vulnerability in Mahara versions prior to 15.04.14, 16.04.8, 16.10.5, and 17.04.3. This flaw allows an attacker to gain unauthorized access to a user's account by reusing an old session cookie if the user closed their browser without explicitly logging out.
