CVE-2017-12125 is a critical command injection vulnerability in the web server functionality of Moxa EDR-810 V4.1 build 17030317, allowing an authenticated attacker to achieve root shell access. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (High), this flaw permits remote attackers to inject OS commands via a crafted HTTP POST request to the "/goform/net_WebCSRGen" URI, leading to privilege escalation and full compromise of the device. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, nor are there public exploits available in common frameworks like Metasploit or ExploitDB, and it has received minimal community discussion or media coverage.
