CVE-2017-10401 is a high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 8.7) affecting the Oracle Hospitality Cruise Materials Management component (MMSUpdater, version 7.30.564.0). A low-privileged attacker with infrastructure logon can exploit this to gain unauthorized creation, deletion, modification, and read access to critical data, or cause a complete denial of service. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Hospitality Cruise Materials Management, it may significantly impact additional products. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
