CVE-2017-10263 is a high-severity vulnerability affecting the Siebel UI Framework component of Oracle Siebel CRM versions 16.0 and 17.0. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the Siebel UI Framework. While requiring user interaction, successful attacks can lead to unauthorized access to critical data, complete data access, and unauthorized data modification within the framework. With a CVSS 3.0 Base Score of 8.2, the vulnerability poses significant confidentiality and integrity impacts.
