CVE-2017-10243 is a vulnerability in the JAX-WS subcomponent of Oracle Java SE, Java SE Embedded, and JRockit, affecting versions 6u151, 7u141, 8u131, and R28.3.14 respectively. This easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers with network access to achieve unauthorized read access to a subset of data and cause a partial denial of service. With a CVSS v3.0 score of 6.5 (Medium), it can be exploited via sandboxed Java Web Start applications, applets, or by supplying data to APIs.
