CVE-2017-10065 is a high-severity vulnerability in the Security subcomponent of Oracle Retail Point-of-Service versions 13.2, 13.3, 13.4, 14.0, and 14.1. This easily exploitable flaw allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data within Oracle Retail Point-of-Service, potentially impacting additional products.
