CVE-2017-10053 is a vulnerability in the 2D subcomponent of Oracle Java SE, Java SE Embedded, and JRockit, affecting versions 6u151, 7u141, 8u131, and R28.3.14 respectively. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access to cause a partial denial of service. With a CVSS 3.0 Base Score of 5.3 (Medium), the attack requires no user interaction and can be executed via sandboxed applications or direct API data supply.
