CVE-2017-10041 is an easily exploitable vulnerability in the BI Publisher component of Oracle Fusion Middleware versions 11.1.1.9.0, 12.2.1.1.0, and 12.2.1.2.0. A low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise BI Publisher, requiring user interaction. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all BI Publisher accessible data, and unauthorized modification of some data. With a CVSS v3.0 score of 7.6 (High), this vulnerability has significant confidentiality and integrity impacts.
