CVE-2016-8938 describes a critical vulnerability in IBM UrbanCode Deploy, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the server by uploading a specially crafted file. This could lead to code execution on UCD agent machines hosting customer production applications. With a CVSS score of 10.0 (CRITICAL), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction, resulting in complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
