It allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code remotely by passing specially crafted, unverified serialized data to the PHP unserialize() function. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL), this vulnerability poses a severe risk, enabling full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
