CVE-2016-6580 describes an unbounded memory allocation vulnerability in the Python priority library, affecting versions prior to 1.2.0, when used in HTTP/2 implementations. A malicious peer could exploit this by continuously assigning priority information for every possible HTTP/2 stream ID, leading to excessive memory consumption and high CPU usage. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, resulting in a complete loss of availability.
