CVE-2016-6023 is a directory traversal vulnerability in the Configuration Manager of IBM Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP) versions 3.4.2 before iFix 8 and 3.4.3 before iFix 1. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read arbitrary files on the affected system by sending a specially crafted URL. With a CVSS v3 score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, potentially leading to significant information disclosure.
