CVE-2016-10456 is a critical vulnerability affecting numerous Qualcomm Snapdragon Mobile and Wear platforms. It allows for the execution of arbitrary commands (15 characters or less) as a system call if the "radish" utility is executed with an invalid interface name. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
