CVE-2016-10416 is a high-severity denial-of-service vulnerability affecting numerous Qualcomm Snapdragon Mobile and Wear platforms. It allows an unauthenticated attacker to cause a User Equipment (UE) crash by exhausting IPCMem resources through pumping UDP data to the device's UserPlane Location protocol (ULP) UDP port 7275. The CVSS score of 7.5 indicates a high impact on availability with low attack complexity and no user interaction required.
