CVE-2014-5007 is a critical directory traversal vulnerability in the agentLogUploader servlet of ZOHO ManageEngine Desktop Central and Desktop Central MSP editions prior to build 90055. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to write and execute arbitrary files as SYSTEM by manipulating the filename parameter with "../" sequences. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
