CVE-2014-3879

CVE-2014-3879 describes a critical authentication bypass vulnerability in OpenPAM Nummularia versions 9.2 through 10.0, affecting FreeBSD systems. An attacker can bypass authentication by exploiting how the system handles errors when an include directive references a non-existent policy, leading to an improperly loaded policy chain.
