CVE-2013-3389

CVE-2013-3389 describes a denial-of-service vulnerability in Cisco Prime Central for Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) Assurance versions 8.6 and 9.x before 9.2(1). An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by flooding TCP ports 61615 or 61616, leading to excessive memory consumption and system unavailability. With a CVSS score of 7.8 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, resulting in a complete loss of availability.
