This flaw allows authenticated guest OS users to trigger a denial of service (memory overwrite and process crash) or potentially execute arbitrary code on the host operating system by manipulating RPC commands and data pointers. With a CVSS score of 9.9 (CRITICAL), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low privileges and no user interaction, leading to high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
