CVE-2012-0708

CVE-2012-0708 is a critical heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the CQOle ActiveX control within IBM Rational ClearQuest versions 7.1.1, 7.1.2, and 8.0.0. This flaw allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by enticing a user to visit a specially crafted web page that exploits a function-prototype mismatch in the RegisterSchemaRepoFromFileByDbSet function.
