CVE-2011-2507 describes a code injection vulnerability in phpMyAdmin versions 3.x before 3.3.10.2 and 3.4.x before 3.4.3.1. Specifically, the Synchronize implementation fails to properly quote regular expressions, allowing authenticated attackers to inject a PCRE 'e' modifier. This flaw enables remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code by manipulating the SESSION superglobal array.
