CVE-2011-2427 describes a stack-based buffer overflow in the ActionScript Virtual Machine (AVM) component of Adobe Flash Player, affecting versions prior to 10.3.183.10 on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and Solaris, and prior to 10.3.186.7 on Android. This critical vulnerability, with a CVSS score of 9.3, allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service with medium attack complexity.
