A remote attacker can exploit this flaw by sending a specially crafted SIP message, causing the SIPStationInit process to fail. With a CVSS score of 7.8 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network without authentication, leading to a complete loss of availability for the affected CUCM system.
