Authenticated remote users can exploit this flaw by using ALTER USER or ALTER DATABASE statements to remove arbitrary parameter settings, bypassing intended privilege checks during RESET ALL operations. With a CVSS score of 5.5 (medium severity), it requires authentication and can lead to partial confidentiality and integrity impacts.
