30
FAUCET Score

CVE-2010-0136 describes a critical vulnerability in OpenOffice.org versions 2.0.4, 2.4.1, and 3.1.1, as well as various distributions of Apache, Debian, and Ubuntu Linux. This flaw allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macros through specially crafted documents, bypassing intended security settings. With a CVSS score of 9.3, it represents a highly severe risk, enabling complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability with medium attack complexity and no authentication required. Despite its severity, there is no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage, suggesting it has not been widely targeted.
