CVE-2009-1603 describes a vulnerability in OpenSC's pkcs11-tool (version 0.11.7) that, when used with certain third-party PKCS#11 modules, generates RSA keys with incorrect public exponents, allowing attackers to decrypt messages intended to be encrypted.
