This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read arbitrary files on the device by supplying an absolute pathname in the "this_file" parameter. With a CVSS score of 7.8 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, potentially leading to complete confidentiality compromise.
