29
FAUCET Score

CVE-2009-1096 describes a critical buffer overflow vulnerability in the unpack200 component of Java SE Development Kit (JDK) and Java Runtime Environment (JRE) versions 5.0 Update 17 and earlier, and 6 Update 12 and earlier. This flaw allows remote attackers to achieve arbitrary file access or code execution by providing a specially crafted JAR file containing malicious Pack200 headers.
