The IP Phone Personal Address Book (PAB) Synchronizer feature transmits sensitive directory-service account credentials in cleartext, allowing authenticated remote attackers to intercept them. This enables attackers to modify CUCM configurations and perform other privileged actions. With a CVSS score of 9.0, this vulnerability is highly severe, requiring only network access and authentication (AV:N/AC:L/Au:S).
