CVE-2008-1771

CVE-2008-1771 describes an integer overflow in the ws_getpostvars function of Firefly Media Server (versions 0.2.4.1 and 0.9~r1696-1.2 on Debian). This vulnerability allows remote, unauthenticated attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) and potentially execute arbitrary code by sending an HTTP POST request with a large Content-Length.
